Ingredients
· 1 scoop EWS Vanilla Protein
· ½ cup Greek yogurt
· 1 cup frozen strawberries (allow to thaw slightly to release some liquid)
· 200 g dark chocolate (this recipe was made using 85% cacao chocolate)
Directions
Add all ingredients except the chocolate to a blender.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into ice cube molds. We used a small cube-shaped mold that yields approximately 18 cubes.
Place in the freezer until completely frozen.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.
Remove from the heat and allow it to cool for 5–10 minutes.
Dip each frozen yogurt cube into the melted chocolate and place them back in the freezer.
When ready to serve, remove the bites from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 2–5 minutes before enjoying.
